Ticket Buying 101: Tips for Safe Ticket Purchases

Ticketmaster and the MidWest America Ticket Office are the only official ticket sellers for Allen County War Memorial Coliseum events. Do not risk your experience with counterfeit or inflated tickets from unauthorized resellers.

Why Buy Directly?

  • Authenticity Guaranteed: Only tickets purchased through our official channels are valid for entry.
  • Best Prices: Avoid inflated prices charged by third-party sellers.
  • Direct Support: Our ticket office staff provides dedicated customer service and assistance.
  • Protect Your Investment: Counterfeit tickets will be denied entry, leaving you without access and without a refund.

Beware of Ticket Scams

  • Verify the URL: Always double-check that you are on memorialcoliseum.com or Ticketmaster.com. Fraudulent sites often mimic official URLs.
  • Sites like StubHub, Event Tickets Center, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, and Tickets Center are not authorized to sell Memorial Coliseum tickets. Purchasing from these sites is extremely risky.
  • Cross-Reference Seating: Compare the section and seat numbers on your tickets with the official Memorial Coliseum seating chart. Discrepancies are a red flag. You can check the seating chart for a specific event by visiting the event detail page.
  • Never Wire Money or Provide Excessive Personal Information: Legitimate ticket sales will not require wire transfers or unusual credit card sign-ups.

Take Action

  • Report Scams: If you suspect you've been scammed, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
  • Contact Us: If you have any questions or concerns about ticket purchases, contact the MidWest America Ticket Office immediately. We are here to help you secure authentic tickets and enjoy your experience.
  • Buy Early: Popular events sell out quickly. Buying early from the official source will help avoid the temptation to purchase from untrusted vendors.
