Whether it's a small gathering of family and friends, or a 500-guest gala, the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum is the place to make your wedding dreams come true. Our staff of event planners and culinary professionals is here to help you enjoy the most important day of your life.
The most convenient way to plan your wedding reception at the Memorial Coliseum is to choose one of the all-inclusive wedding reception packages from Aramark, the award-winning in-house catering provider. Packages are priced per person and already include tax and service charges.

*Capacities include space for a dance floor, wedding party head table, cake table, gift table, DJ booth, bars, buffets and drink stations.
**When Food & Beverage Spend is exceeded, the room deposit is returned with the final bill after the event. If an event uses an Approved Outside Caterer, the room deposit is retained by the Coliseum as the rent for the space.

Extras
- Dance Floor Rental: $200 per event day
- Stage Rental: $10.00 per 4' x 8' section
- Carpet for Expo Center space is optional with a $500 fee
- Security for alcohol service: 2024 - $58.00 per hour; 2025 - $63.00 per hour (4-hour minimum)
- Bartender Fee: $25.00 per hour, per bartender, 3-hour minimum (waived if $350 sales per bartender)
Policies for Sweets, Décor and More
- The Memorial Coliseum allows receptions to bring in wedding cakes or specialty cupcakes for reception events from a professional or retail bakery. Candy, mints, nuts, etc. must be provided by Aramark or the approved caterer for the event.
- Decorations for a wedding ceremony/reception event can be provided by the client or a vendor of their choosing. Decorations are not permitted to be attached to walls or ceilings.

The Memorial Coliseum does not permit event clients to bring in their own food and beverage. All food and beverage must be provided by Aramark at the Memorial Coliseum or an Approved Outside Caterer.
