The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum is dedicated to enhancing the experience of our events for all guests. This information is intended to make your visit to the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum as safe and enjoyable as possible.
PARKING
Accessible parking is available in front of the main entrance to the building. Vehicles using accessible spaces must display the appropriate hang tags or license plates. The accessible drop-off area for the Memorial Coliseum is located on the circle drive (Bob Chase Way) in front of the Coliseum Ticket Office located off eastbound Coliseum Boulevard at entrance #6. MIDWEST AMERICA TICKET OFFICE
The Ticket Office is open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturdays. (Note: The Ticket Office observes summer hours and is not open Saturday and Sunday during the summer.) The best way to arrive at the Ticket Office is from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard at entrance #6 (Bob Chase Way) and park in the circle drive. TICKET EXCHANGES
The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum is committed to providing accessible seating opportunities to all of our guests. When a guest has purchased a ticket to a non-accessible seat and needs to exchange for an accessible seat, every effort will be made to accommodate the guest with comparable seats. If such seat is unavailable, the guest will be offered available seating in a non-comparable location. As with all ticket sales, event seating goes quickly so buy early to get the best availability.
SEATING AREAS
Accessible seating at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum is dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facilities in numerous price ranges. The Memorial Coliseum will provide every opportunity for guests to purchase accessible seating through the same means and under the same terms and conditions as other ticket purchases. Accessible seating, however, is limited. The best way to assure yourself the best ticket and companion seat(s) is to purchase your tickets as early as possible in the desired category. Please remember that the tickets are sold on a first-purchase basis and there is no guarantee that any tickets will remain unsold and available for any category of tickets or any specific event.
COMPANION SEATING
Companion seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum will make accessible seating available to their companions.
SENSORY FRIENDLY KITS
Through a partnership with the AWS Foundation, sensory friendly kits are available for guests to check out and use while at the venue. The kits contain noise cancelling headphones, several small fidget items, a communication deck, identification wristband, a weighted comfort item and sanitizing wipes. Each item was chosen to answer needs identified by indivisuals and families when attending an event in a public venue. The kits are designed to support individuals and families when attending events where loud noises, bright lights and unfamiliar surroundings can make it difficult to enjoy the experience.
ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
Assisted listening devices are available from the Memorial Coliseum Guest Services Office. The Memorial Coliseum Guest Services Office is located on the second level of the Memorial Coliseum near the arena. To ensure that the devices are promptly returned, a major credit card or a driver’s license is required to use the devices. The telephone number at the Guest Services Office is 260-482-9502.
RESTROOMS/FAMILY RESTROOMS
Accessible restrooms are located on all arena levels at the Memorial Coliseum. Family restrooms are located on the 100 and 600 Levels of the Arena.
SERVICE ANIMALS
The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum welcomes guests who need the use of service animals when the service animal has been trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animals care and supervision, when present at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
WHEELCHAIRS AND WHEELCHAIR STORAGE
There are a limited number of transport chairs available for use on a first come first serve basis. A valid driver’s license or other acceptable form of picture identification is required as a deposit. See a guest services representative as you enter the building to inquire about availability. If wheelchair storage is needed, we do our best to locate the wheelchair near the guest’s seat location.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS
Guests who require interpreting services for any applicable Memorial Coliseum event should contact the administrative office at Memorial Coliseum at 260-482-9502 prior to the event.
ELEVATORS AND ESCALATORS
The elevator located on the main level of the Memorial Coliseum inside the main entrance and will give guests access to the first level and lounge. The elevator located inside the premium seating entrance will give guests access to all levels of the arena. Escalators are available to the 100, 200, 400, 500 and 600 levels of the arena.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/FIRST AID
The Memorial Coliseum has medical assistance available for arena events in the First Aid Office located on the100 Level concourse, west side. The First Aid Office in the Exposition Center is located on the first floor hallway just south of the entrance/exit of Expo II (across from Appleseed Room A).
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum personnel have been trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons. In the case of an emergency, please pay careful attention to the staff’s instructions.
