Luxury Suites at the Memorial Coliseum are available for ownership and rentals.

Suite Rentals
Renting a Luxury Suite at the Memorial Coliseum is a fantastic way to entertain clients, reward employees, celebrate a special occasion or spend time with family and friends.
Rentals are available on a regular basis for Komet Hockey and Purdue Fort Wayne men's basketball.
26-Person Suite Rental includes 26 tickets and two parking passes for the event.
- Komets | $1,275.00 plus tax
- PFW | $575.00 plus tax
Rentals for concerts, circus, family shows and other events vary on availability. The price of the suite depends on the ticket price of the event.
**Food and beverage is not included with the rental cost.

Suite Ownership
Luxury Suites are available for a 3-7 year lease. The annual license fee includes:
- Tickets to all preseason and regular season Komet hockey games, Purdue Fort Wayne men's basketball games, and any future sport franchise played in the Arena
- Preferred parking passes for Arena events
- Online ordering system for advance food and beverage orders
- Event Announcements emailed directly to your inbox when the event is announced.
- A personal ticket concierge to place your ticket order and either mail or leave your tickets at Premium Seating Will Call with a Guest Services representative.
- The option to purchase tickets to most Memorial Coliseum events through the Premium Seating Office before they open to the public.
- Invitation to the annual Premium Seating Open House
- Use of the Suite Level Conference Room
- Locked cabinet to store liquor and other personal belongings
Food & Beverage
Aramark is the sole provider of food and beverage at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. It is not permissible for guests to bring or remove food to or from the suites. Any food products brought into the suites without prior authorization will be charged to the suite owner at our standard retail price.
Online Ordering
For the ease of placing a pre-order, the Memorial Coliseum offers an online food ordering system. Online food ordering is available for Suite Owners with a login and password. If you need a login and password, please reach out to the Premium Seating Office at (260) 480-2186.
In order to prepare for the highest-level of presentation service and quality, we ask that all pre-orders be placed by 12:00 PM four (4) business days prior to the event. Please see below for the schedule.
- Sunday events: preorder due Wednesday
- Monday events: preorder due Thursday
- Tuesday events: preorder due Friday
- Wednesday events: preorder due Friday
- Thursday events: preorder due Monday
- Friday events: preorder due Tuesday
- Saturday events: preorder due Wednesday
Payment Procedures
Food and beverage payments can be made by cash, credit card on file or by providing a credit card during the event. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A standard administrative charge of 19% and 8% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage orders. Upon request, guests may receive a computer-generated check at the conclusion of the event. Please remember, even if you are not present, you are responsible for all charges made to your master account.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us as soon as possible, in the event that an order must be cancelled. Orders cancelled 48 hours in advance of the event will not be charged.
Alcohol Policy
- State Law does not permit alcoholic beverages to be brought into or taken from the facility.
- It is the Suite Owner’s responsibility to monitor and control alcoholic consumption within the suite.
- By law, individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
- It is unlawful to serve alcohol to someone who is obviously intoxicated.
- Suite Owner and their guests are not permitted to take bottles or cans outside the suite concourse.
- Please pour all beverages into a cup before leaving the suite area.
- All guests must be able to provide valid ID.
- Be a TEAM player and please drink responsibly.
- Please be safe and DON’T drink and drive.
